PANABO CITY & SAN ISIDRO — Marking another meaningful step toward strengthening children’s love for reading and learning, the Adopt-A-School Program (ASP) book turnover ceremonies were successfully conducted at Narciso B. Galapin Elementary School in Panabo City and San Roque Elementary School in San Isidro, Davao Oriental.

Through the generous support of Dole Philippines – Stanfilco Division, facilitated by Kasilak Development Foundation, Inc. (KDFI), complete sets of core subject books were formally handed over to support student learning across both elementary schools.

Inspiring Young Learners Through Shared Commitment

The activities highlighted a strong, shared commitment to basic education as teachers, pupils, and development partners gathered to celebrate the gift of knowledge.

The newly donated core subject books will directly enrich the learning resources of both schools, provide teachers with supplementary aids for classroom instruction, and inspire young learners to read, explore, and achieve their full potential.

“This simple yet impactful initiative reflects how collaboration between the private sector and civil society can help nurture brighter futures for Filipino children.”
